Postal hire: Return it in the prepaid satchel via Australia Post counter the next business day.
Local hire: Please return your gown by 6pm on the second day of your hire or sooner if you're finished with it.

A bond of 40% of the gown hire cost is required.
This is refunded once the gown is returned on time and in good condition.Late returns, stains, or unreturned items may result in partial or full loss of the bond.

While express shipping is normally reliable, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Delays caused by Australia Post are out of our control, but we’ll always work with you to resolve issues where possible.

We recommend booking 7–10 days before your shoot to allow time for postage.
Popular gowns book out fast ~ reserve early to avoid disappointment. -
We use non-toxic, fragrance-free detergents that are safe for sensitive skin, pregnancy, and newborn cuddles.

Yes ~ just let us know your shoot/event details & we can offer an extended hire option for a small extra fee (subject to availability).

No ~ we handle all cleaning.
Just air-dry if wet & brush off sand gently.Please don’t wash or spot-clean the gown.

Ironing: ❌ No ~ heat may damage delicate fabrics.
Steaming: ✅ Yes ~ use a handheld steamer on low & hold 10–15 cm away. Avoid lace, mesh or tulle.
Tip: Hang the gown overnight to soften creases naturally.
⚠️ Damage from incorrect care may affect your bond refund.

More than 7 days before booking: Refund or store credit offered.
Within 7 days: Refund only if the gown is rebooked.
Illness/emergencies? We’ll work with you to reschedule.

Local Sunshine Coast clients: same-day pickups may be available if the gown is ready.
Postal clients: we recommend booking 7–10 days in advance, but feel free to message us for urgent requests.

Yes ~ if your shoot is in a few weeks or months, you can pre-book a specific gown to secure it.
Just let us know your date & preferred gown ~we’ll lock it in for you. -
We use recyclable, compostable or reusable packaging to reduce waste.
Our return satchels are reusable, compostable & we never wrap gowns in plastic.

Makeup is okay ~ just take care to avoid contact with the gown.
No spray tans, please. Even developed tans can transfer & stain which may result in bond deductions or extra cleaning fees.

Standard hire is 48 hours.
If your gown gets wet (rain, ocean, etc) return it within 24 hours to prevent damage.
Never post a wet gown ~ let it fully air dry first. -
Yes ~ just be mindful!
Gowns can be used near water or in the ocean at your own risk.
Always let the gown fully air dry before returning.
Avoid dragging delicate fabrics through rough sand, saltwater, or sharp rocks, as this may cause damage & impact your bond.

Each gown in our collection includes a fit guide (e.g. AU 8–16) in the description.
Many styles are stretchy, bump-friendly & adjustable for a flexible fit.
If you're unsure, we recommend:Hiring 2 gowns to have one as back up
Booking a try-on appointment (Sunshine Coast only)
Sending us your bust/hip size for a quick style suggestion

Local hires: Pay in full 3 days before pickup or cash on collection is available.

Yes try-ons are available by appointment for locals at our Sunshine Coast studio.
Note: Booked gowns aren’t available to try. Message us to book a time. -
We totally get it ~ little accidents happen during photoshoots!
❌ Do not wet or clean the gown water can set stains.
🧻 Gently blot with a dry cloth only if needed.
📩 Let us know and return the gown as usual.
Minor messes are usually fine under normal wear & tear.
Excessive staining may affect your bond refund. -
